6515--Notice of Intent to Sole Source | Polysomnography System

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, intends to award a sole-source contract for a replacement polysomnography system to support the Fort Harrison VA Sleep Lab. The required work involves delivering four Cadwell Easy III PSG systems, which include amplifiers, cameras, acquisition workstations, scoring software, HL7 interfaces, installation, and training. This specific system is required because it is the only commercially available equipment that meets all VA-defined salient characteristics, security constraints, and validated workflows documented in the Sleep Lab Deployment Guide v3.2. Performance is scheduled to run from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2027.
