Intent to Sole Source Ipro Tech Eclipse SE Products: Review, Publish, Print, Scan, and Streaming Ingestion software licensing

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys, within the Department of Justice, intends to make a sole-source purchase order to Ipro Tech, LLC for Ipro Eclipse SE products to support eDiscovery software licensing. The requirement covers review, publish, print, scan, and streaming ingestion capabilities, along with software maintenance and support, for attorneys and legal support staff handling eDiscovery work across geographically dispersed USAOs. The software is needed to process native ESI and paper materials, load and search data, tag documents, create productions in standard eDiscovery formats, present evidence at trial, and generate standalone deliverables for recipients without eDiscovery software.
