The Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, is seeking to award up to three multiple-award, firm-fixed-price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contracts to establish a nationwide enterprise audio-visual and video teleconferencing system. Selected contractors will provide turn-key, original equipment manufacturer-supported solutions encompassing hardware procurement, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle technology refreshes across 410 existing conference rooms. The technical solutions must natively integrate with specified brand-name products from HP/Poly, Crestron, Q-SYS, and AVer, and all personnel requiring site or network access must obtain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation clearance.
