A--Notice of Intent for Mantis Flare Monitors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing a presolicitation for the procurement of Mantis Flare Monitors, specifically two Mantis Flare Monitors with associated imaging spectrometers and field kits, as well as two Mantis Lite Flare Monitors with their respective field kits.
