The Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance, support, and technical management for the Mitel MiVoice Business Phone System at the Lockport Health Center in Lockport, New York. The contractor will be responsible for supporting 42 IP users, 2 analog extensions, and 21 voicemail boxes, which includes performing quarterly preventive maintenance, providing 24/7 remote emergency support, and executing configuration backups. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside with a five-year period of performance consisting of a one-year base period starting October 1, 2026, and four consecutive one-year option periods. Award will be determined using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation method, and complete quote packages must be emailed to Contract Specialist Courtney Davis at courtney.davis@ihs.gov by July 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM Central Time.
