The Department of Health and Human Services, specifically the Indian Health Service's Navajo Area Indian Health Service, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price contract with MedTox Diagnostics, Inc. for various urine and drug screening testing supplies. These supplies are essential for patient care services at the Kayenta Health Center in Kayenta, Arizona, particularly for triage scenarios involving mentally altered patients and prenatal screenings. The contract is set for a one-year period from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, and interested parties other than MedTox Diagnostics, Inc. may submit a capability statement to Jerlyn Begay at jerlyn.begay@ihs.gov by 1:00 PM EST on January 16, 2026. The government reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with a competitive procurement based on the responses received.
