The Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, and install biocontainment enclosures for three overhead coiling doors at the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility in Manhattan, Kansas. The contractor must deliver sealed enclosures capable of withstanding negative air pressure and allowing equipment and personnel transit, complete with passive particulate filtration, a clear flexible film material, and a minimum eight-foot roll-up section. The work must be completed within 180 calendar days, and the procurement is a total small business set-aside evaluated using the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable methodology.
