Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is conducting market research for a possible future procurement of repair-related supplies, specifically factory new cockpit control panel spare parts for HC-130J aircraft. The work centers on providing the items and quantities identified in Attachment 1 and on determining whether vendors are the OEM or an OEM-authorized distributor. The Coast Guard is also seeking information on subcontracting possibilities, quantity discounts, lead times, payment terms, business size and socioeconomic status, and whether the products or firms are already on GSA schedules or used by other government agencies.
