6515--Intent to Sole Source Transonic Hemodialysis Flow System

The Albany Stratton VA Medical Center requires a new HD03 Hemodialysis Flow System to replace an outdated unit. This Firm Fixed Price equipment procurement (Brand Name Only Limiting Sources) seeks a system capable of measuring Delivered Flow, Blood Recirculation, and Access Blood Flow using transit-time ultrasound and indicator dilution technologies. The system must be standalone, compatible with existing dialysis machines without requiring additional IV lines, and store patient information locally.
