General Services Administration (GSA) Seeks To Lease The Following Space:

The General Services Administration Public Buildings Service is seeking to lease office space within the city limits of Bismarck, North Dakota. The Government requires between 10,628 and 11,148 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association Office Area square feet of office space, along with 69 surface parking spaces. The lease term is for 15 years, with a 10-year firm term, and the offered space must accommodate on-site weapons and ammunition storage in a ballistic-rated, access-controlled secured room.
