East Branch Water Operator Service Contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is seeking commercial water treatment plant operator services for the East Branch Clarion River Lake facility in Wilcox, Pennsylvania. The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, management, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, testing, supplies, and incidentals needed to operate, inspect, maintain, test, and perform minor repairs on the potable water treatment system. The work supports campground, concession, sanitary disposal, boat launch restroom, administrative, maintenance, and vacant dwelling facilities, and requires a qualified Operator of Record with a current Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection Class A Water Operator license. This is a firm-fixed-price commercial service contract with a base year and four option years exercised at the Government’s discretion.
