HAESI 2.0 KOREAN SOURCES SOUGHT
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center is seeking qualified Korean Architect-Engineer firms for the Huntsville Architect Engineering Support Indefinite Delivery Contract 2.0. Selected firms will provide comprehensive planning, design, and engineering services, including master planning, feasibility studies, design services, estimating, and value engineering for both secure and nonsecure sites. Work will primarily be performed in the Republic of Korea, though the scope may encompass projects worldwide, and the resulting contract is anticipated to have a three-year base period and two two-year option periods. Interested Korean firms must be registered in the System for Award Management and must email their five-page capabilities questionnaire to Shete McCants-Robinson and Johnna Sebben by 12:00 P.M. Central Time on July 10, 2026, to compete for the contract which has an estimated total shared capacity of $400 million.
