HAESI 2.0 KOREAN SOURCES SOUGHT

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (CEHNC) has issued a Sources Sought Notice for the Huntsville Architect Engineering Support Indefinite Delivery Contract (HAESI 2.0). This market research initiative is designed to identify qualified Korean Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms capable of providing comprehensive planning, design, and engineering services. The anticipated contract will feature a three-year base period and two two-year option periods, with a total shared capacity estimated at $400 million. To qualify, participating A-E firms must be physically located, registered, licensed, and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) within the Republic of Korea. While the primary place of performance is the Republic of Korea, the scope may encompass projects worldwide, including the United States, Germany, Italy, and Japan. The required services span secure and nonsecure sites and include master planning, feasibility studies, design services, estimating, and value engineering. Interested firms must submit a capabilities questionnaire detailing their corporate experience, personnel qualifications, licensing, and quality control processes. Submissions are limited to five pages and must be emailed to the designated CEHNC contacts by 12:00 P.M. Central Time on July 10, 2026.
