Endoscope Dryer / Storage Cabinet

The U.S. Army Health Contracting Activity, Health Readiness Contracting Office, Medical Services Branch, intends to obtain a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one endoscope dryer/storage cabinet to support Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point, Arkansas. The required cabinet is a free-standing unit that stores up to eight endoscopes and includes integration with Medivators Advantage Plus AER systems, barcode-based cycle tracking, touch-free handling, an LCD touchscreen, cabinet illumination, a left-opening door, and CANEXIS Integrated Workflow Solution software. It must support Olympus endoscopes and provide HEPA-filtered air, continuous airflow, and internal lumen drying, with electrical requirements of 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 75W on a 15A circuit and electrical safety certification; the acquisition is being handled as a commercial item action under FAR Part 12.
