2027 Okinawa Vendor Symposium

The Department of the Air Force's 18th Contracting Squadron, in partnership with the Society of American Military Engineers Japan Post, is hosting the 7th Annual Okinawa Vendor Symposium to connect local industry partners with U.S. military mission leaders and government procurement officers. The event aims to help startups, established enterprises, and multinational companies understand how to do business with the U.S. government, covering topics such as registration, compliance, and proposal success. This symposium will feature 48 vendor booths for selected businesses to showcase their products and services directly to procurement officials. The event is scheduled for February 3, 2027, at The Rocker Club on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan, and base access passes will be provided to approved, registered vendors.
