Navigational Database Updates
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Air and Marine Contracting Division, intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price service contract to CMC Electronics for navigation database update services supporting the P-3 Aircraft Flight Management system. The work centers on providing the navigation database updates needed for that aircraft system under a 12-month period of performance. The action is being pursued without a public solicitation, with performance identified in Corpus Christi, Texas, and interested parties may submit written statements of capability by email if they believe they can meet the requirement. If no responsive statements are received by April 30, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST, the award will be made to CMC Electronics, and submissions over 10 pages will not be accepted.
