The Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service is seeking a contractor to procure, install, configure, and maintain the AMAG Symmetry Homeland Security Edition Physical Access Control System at the Oklahoma City Area Office. The contractor must replace existing M2150 control boards with eight M4000 controllers, install AMAG Symmetry Pro software on a government virtual server, configure card registration units, and install twenty-eight HID Signo PIV readers to secure twenty-nine doors and gates. All hardware and software must comply with FICAM, FIPS 201-2, and Section 508 standards, featuring a 30-day installation period followed by a 12-month base period and four 12-month maintenance option periods. Award evaluations will prioritize non-price factors, including technical approach, maintenance coverage details, AMAG certification proof, and past performance, over price.
