JBLM Grease Trap Cleaning and collection of UCO

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, under the Department of the Army, is conducting market research for integrated grease trap cleaning and unused cooking oil collection services. The work covers inspecting, pumping, cleaning, and maintaining grease traps and interceptors at JBLM food service facilities, along with collecting and disposing of UCO off base. The requirement is for full on-site performance at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington and includes security, Service Contract Act, antiterrorism, OPSEC, and environmental compliance requirements, with a base year plus four option years beginning in January 2027 and a firm fixed-price structure anticipated.
