Notice of Intent to Solicit 1.3B Ships' Bunkers PACOM

The Defense Logistics Agency Energy intends to issue a solicitation to procure marine fuel for ships' bunkers in the PACOM region under Program 1.3B. The successful contractor will be required to deliver marine gas oil and other petroleum-based fuels to designated marine ports and vessels. The anticipated period of performance and specific technical delivery requirements will be detailed in the forthcoming formal solicitation.
