COMMAND AIRCRAFT CREW TRAINING (CACT) PROGRAM FOR ACADEMIC AND SIMULATOR TRAINING ON THE UC-35D AIRCRAFT

The Naval Air Warfare Center Orlando Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) requires academic and simulator training for the Navy's Command Aircraft Crew Training (CACT) Program on the UC-35D aircraft. This will be a 60-month Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract, expected to begin on October 30, 2026. The NAICS code is 611512, with a $34 million size standard. The requirement is for full and open competition, following FAR Part 12 procedures for commercial items. Flight Safety International is the incumbent.
