Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force, AFLCMC Operational Contracting Branch at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is seeking proposals from 8(a) small business concerns for the Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements for fiscal years 2027 through 2032. The selected contractor will provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and design capabilities to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work. Work will entail managing over one hundred simultaneous projects on real property across Area A, Area B, and all other properties owned by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. This acquisition is a 100 percent 8(a) small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220.
