36--ECG REFURBISH KIT

The Department of the Navy’s NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg office is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for an ECG Refurbish Kit used in a critical shipboard system. The work covers furnishing the kit in accordance with Hamilton Standard drawings and a detailed parts list, including associated piece parts, labels, protective covers, packings, fasteners, and related components. The procurement is designated Special Emphasis/Level I material and requires extensive quality assurance, traceability, material certification, nondestructive testing, welding and brazing controls, mercury-free compliance, and configuration control, with source inspection and DPAS DO rating applying to any award. Certification data must be submitted through WAWF for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard review and acceptance before each shipment, with ship-to N50286 and inspect/accept by N39040, and no material may ship before acceptance.
