Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, on behalf of the USPFO Activity Ohio Army National Guard, is seeking a contractor to construct the CJAG Load Line 6 Electrical System. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to install approximately 1,400 linear feet of underground medium-voltage electrical service terminating at a new pad-mounted transformer. The scope of work includes utility coordination, route surveying, trenching, conduit installation, transformer installation, grounding, testing, and site restoration. Performance of this total small business set-aside contract will take place at the Camp James A. Garfield Joint Training Center in Ravenna, Ohio. Contractors must furnish an offer guarantee with their submission, and inquiries regarding site visits can be coordinated through 1SG Brian Persing or CW2 Grant Stoner.
