The National Park Service is seeking a small business contractor to provide alarm monitoring and annual inspections for Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Empire, Michigan. The work covers 24/7 monitoring and annual testing of 14 fire and intrusion alarm systems and 8 sprinkler systems across 20 structures, along with signal verification, notification to county dispatch or the Contracting Officer’s Representative, reporting, and training for park personnel. The monitoring site must be FM Certified and UL Listed, meet NFPA 72 requirements, and use hot redundancy for data, while monitoring technicians must be U.S. citizens with active SECRET clearances. The solicitation is a firm-fixed-price RFQ with a one-year base period from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027 and four one-year options through July 31, 2031, and award will be made on best value considering price, technical capability, and prior experience. Quotes must include a completed SF18, price schedule, contractor core data, project narrative, three prior experience references, and resumes for personnel with active SECRET clearances, and offerors must be registered in SAM with the specified NAICS code.
