Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Park Service, Department of the Interior, is seeking a small-business set-aside contract for groundskeeping services at Jean Lafitte National Park and Preserve for the Acadian Cultural Center and Prairie Acadian Cultural Center in Louisiana. The work requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and transportation needed for routine grounds care, including mowing, trimming, litter and graffiti removal, herbicide application with approval, bench cleaning, and pressure washing. The contract is a firm-fixed-price annual lump sum arrangement for a base year with four optional years, with performance centered on the ACC in Lafayette and the PACC in Eunice, and proposals will be evaluated on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience; bidders must also have a registered UEI and submit a post-award Quality Control Plan. A site visit is scheduled for April 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM CT at the Acadian Cultural Center in Lafayette, and bids must be emailed to tclark@ios.doi.gov by April 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM CT.
