Contract Opportunity Analysis
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking Blanket Purchase Agreements for treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The work covers substance use treatment and testing, mental health treatment, and residential substance use treatment, with required services including assessments, counseling, and related support across locations in Texas and Arkansas, including Longview, Texas. The agreement period is planned for October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with a possible four-year unilateral extension, and offerors must show they can operate in the catchment area, use qualified professionals, and offer pricing at or below their most favored customer for comparable services.
