The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking information from industry regarding Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services to support its Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) in Federal Government Acquisitions and Research and Development (R&D) efforts. The objective is to gather insights on industry capabilities, particularly from small businesses, to provide technical knowledge, scientific information, and program management support in areas such as Systems Engineering, Standards, and Test and Evaluation.
