Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The Department of the Navy, NAVFACSYSCOM Marianas, intends to award a sole-source contract to the University of Guam's Water and Environmental Research Institute (WERI) for specialized scientific advisory services regarding water resources for drinking water utilities. The required scope of work encompasses laboratory testing, reporting, analysis, and data management for water resources in Guam. This non-competitive procurement is being pursued under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 because of the limited number of responsible sources willing and able to perform this work in the region. Interested parties may submit their capabilities to primary contact Jeno Aguon at jeno.m.aguon.civ@us.navy.mil within seven days of the publication notice to be considered by the government.
