Pyxis Software User License and Support

The Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Contracting Division – South, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to CareFusion Solutions, LLC for Pyxis Software User Licenses and Support. The required software licenses and support services will be utilized in the Supply Chain Management Department at the Brooke Army Medical Center in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Under the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, the government has identified CareFusion Solutions, LLC as the only source capable of satisfying this requirement with the necessary equipment. This notice of intent is published for informational purposes only, and there is no competitive solicitation document available. Interested parties who believe they can meet these requirements may submit a capability statement, including costs, to Contract Specialist Geraldine Hernandez at geraldine.i.hernandez.civ@health.mil by 10:00 AM CST on September 11, 2026.
