Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract for Strategic Communication Operational Support

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract for Strategic Communication Operational Support to Contracting Resources Group, Inc. This contract will provide program-level communications expertise, including the development of strategic communications plans, social media programs, senior leader communications, and content management, supporting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and the Director of the DHA. The contract, valued under a Firm-Fixed-Priced arrangement, is set to cover a 4-month period from July 30, 2025, to November 29, 2025, with the possibility of 6-month extensions. Interested parties must submit their capabilities via email by 4:00 PM EDT on July 28, 2025, and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered.
