Demolition and Refurbishment of DOW at the Annex

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy Riyadh, is seeking proposals for demolition and refurbishment work at the Embassy Annex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The scope includes decommissioning and architecturally refurbishing the DOW area and upgrading the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in the kitchen area of Freedom Hall at the Annex. The planned award is a firm fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror, with an anticipated one-month performance period after notice to proceed; a pre-proposal conference is planned and SAM registration is required before award.
