The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity intends to award a sole-source contract to SAKURA FINETEK USA, INC. for preventive maintenance and repair services for Sakura laboratory equipment used by the Defense Centers for Public Health-Aberdeen. The work includes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, calibration, repair, software updates, operational improvements, replacement parts, and technical support, along with submission of a quality control plan and participation in a kick-off meeting. The contractor must use OEM-trained personnel and follow manufacturer guidance and DCPH-A quality standards, with maintenance, repairs, and calibrations completed within ten business days of equipment receipt and emergency support provided within a 48-hour response time. This effort is for performance at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and interested parties may submit capability statements, including cost and technical data, by June 1, 2026, at 12:00 P.M.
