    Description

    The Department of Defense, specifically the Defense Logistics Agency, is seeking Trauma Shears, Multi-tool through a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation notice. These Trauma Shears, Multi-tool products are intended for purchase by the Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) of the Military Health System (MHS) and for the operational assemblages of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Naval Expeditionary Medical Support Command (NEMSCOM). The purpose of this procurement is to standardize Trauma Shears, Multi-tool across the military branches. Only vendors on the Qualified Suppliers List (QSL) MS-2209-10 Trauma Shears, Multi-tool are eligible to participate. The resulting Incentive Agreement (IA) will be for a period of five (5) years. The government is seeking a single vendor selection for this IA. Vendors must provide discounted pricing quotes based on Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) prices or proposed DAPA prices. The lowest price among vendors on the QSL will determine selection. Vendors must hold the quoted IA pricing firm for 75 days. The estimated annual demand for this product line is approximately $327,247. Vendors interested in participating must submit their response to the MMESO POCs by the specified date. The response should include company information, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, and electronic printouts of base uncommitted offering submitted log or offered items already on DAPA. Vendors must also complete and submit the IA Package Worksheet. The pricing evaluation will be based on the sum of each required item's offered IA unit price multiplied by the number of estimated units. The vendor with the lowest overall price will be selected for the IA. The government reserves the right to seek further discounts or request revised quotes if necessary. The resulting IA is not a contract and does not guarantee a specific volume of sales. Vendors must submit their responses by the specified date to the MMESO Data Analyst, MMESO Team Lead, and DLA KO.
