Gavins Point Raw Water Intake Zebra Mussel Mitigation

The Department of the Army, USACE Omaha District, is seeking a contractor for the Gavins Point Raw Water Intake Zebra Mussel Mitigation project in Crofton, Nebraska. The selected contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and materials to design and install a new zebra mussel abatement system, which includes two local tank skids, spill containment pallets, pump skids, power supplies, and distribution pump interfaces. Work is required to begin upon contract award and must be completed within 210 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated construction cost for this total small business set-aside is between $250,000 and $500,000. The government intends to issue the solicitation on SAM.gov on or about July 27, 2026, with responses due on or about August 26, 2026, and inquiries handled through ProjNet.
