Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM) Paint Booth Preventative Maintenance Services

This Performance Work Statement outlines the requirements for a contractor to provide preventative maintenance services for the Aircraft Structural Maintenance (ASM) section at Grand Forks Air Force Base, ND. The contractor will manage, supply tools, equipment, and labor for routine and unscheduled maintenance of various systems, including paint booths, sanding booths, blasting media cabinets, the facility compressed air system, and a breathing air system. Key responsibilities include quarterly inspections, filter changes (with the contractor supplying filters for the booths and military personnel performing the changes), lubrication of components, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and environmental standards like NESHAP and ACGIH. The contractor must also handle hazardous materials according to regulations and provide detailed service reports. Unscheduled responses for equipment failures are limited to two incidents per year, with damage assessments within three duty days.
