Annex and Utility Building Roof Canopies

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Mission South Africa, is seeking expressions of interest from qualified contractors to construct annex and utility building roof canopies. The scope of work requires site establishment, excavation for column footings, the manufacturing of a steel staircase, and the installation of approximately 225 square meters of steel canopies with Klip-Tite sheeting. Performance will take place at the U.S. Consulate in Sandton, Johannesburg, and eligible contractors must have specific structural steel construction experience valued above 0.5 million South African Rand.
