The Defense Logistics Agency Energy, through its Aerospace Business Unit in San Antonio, is planning a total small business set-aside procurement for HVAC maintenance and repair support at Building 5730 on JBSA Lackland in San Antonio, Texas. The work covers parts needed for system repairs, quarterly HVAC performance services, on-demand troubleshooting, and other repair services needed to restore system function, with the contractor providing all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, labor, and management on an FOB destination basis. The requirement will be competed among suppliers able to provide the parts and services, uses commercial item procedures, and is tied to a period of performance from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030.
