The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, is conducting market research to identify qualified firms for Construction Management Support (CMS) and Scheduling/Project Controls/Data Analytics Support. The procurement aims to secure technical support services for various construction projects across multiple locations, including Fort Meade, Fort Detrick, and the Pentagon, focusing on non-personal services that do not involve engineering design or inherently governmental functions. Interested firms will provide essential services such as quality assurance, schedule reviews, and claims analysis, with a contract period consisting of a 12-month base and up to three additional 12-month options.
