Software Licensing of Veritas eDiscovery Platform “eDP”

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract for Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) software licensing to support Army legal e-discovery needs. The work calls for perpetual licenses for about 600 USACE attorneys and non-attorneys, including 3 TB for eDP Processing and Platform Collection, unlimited Legal Holds, maintenance, and support. The contractor must provide help desk support from 8 AM to 7 PM CST, deliver software updates and corrections for material problems, and furnish the product within 30 days of award for a one-year period of performance, with delivery at HECSA in Alexandria, Virginia or the contractor’s business. This is a sources sought market survey only, with RFI questions due by 1:00 PM ET on 22 May 2026 and responses due by 1:00 PM ET on 4 June 2026 via email to Giorgiana Chen and Gregory Booker.
