Federal Advisory Committee Meeting Services

The Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole-source contract modification to BeVera Solutions, LLC for additional Federal Advisory Committee meeting support services. The scope of work requires comprehensive logistics, planning, coordination, facilitation, and production of mandatory deliverables for Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) meetings. Performance occurs at the Global Communications Center in Atlanta, Georgia, and deliverables must comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements, GAO Report 20-575, and 41 C.F.R. Section 102-3.165 under an active contract running through September 21, 2027.
