The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision through Blanket Purchase Agreements. The work includes substance use treatment and testing, as well as mental health treatment, with substance use assessments and counseling identified in the listing for the Brownsboro, Texas area. The agreements would run from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with an option to extend for up to four additional one-year periods, and offerors must be able to serve the Eastern District of Texas catchment area with appropriately qualified professionals at prices no higher than their most favored customer for comparable services.
