Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, Department of Defense, is seeking a contractor to manage the Family Advocacy Program at the Darby Military Community in Tirrenia, Italy. The contractor will perform non-personal services in family violence prevention and identification, as well as coordinate community events, compile data, and teach authorized program classes. Work must comply with Army Regulations 608.1 and 608.18 over a performance period consisting of a base year plus four option years starting in September 2026. The procurement will be issued as a firm-fixed-price Request for Quotation, and awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management and possess a NATO Commercial and Government Entity number.
