Preventative Maintenance Services for VITROS XT 7600

This document is a solicitation for preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair services for two VITROS XT 7600 immunoassay analyzers located on the USNS Comfort (T-AH20) at Naval Station Norfolk, VA. The company holds proprietary rights to the systems, including technology, software, and certified parts. No other vendor can provide the necessary technical data, diagnostic software access, or OEM-certified replacement parts, making competition impossible. Utilizing a non-OEM provider would risk diagnostic inaccuracies, equipment downtime, and warranty voidance, directly impacting mission readiness and medical support capabilities. The estimated cost for the base year and three option years totals approximately $450,000. The period of performance for the base period is prorated to being 20 September 2026 through 07 December, then begin 08 December 2026 through 07 December 2027 and will conclude on 07 December 2030.
