The contractor will provide personnel, equipment, and services across various critical areas including Test & Evaluation Strategic Communications, Chief of Engineer Support, Enabling Biotechnologies Defense Biological Product Assurance Office Support, Fielding Support for CBRN Integrated Early Warning, JPM CBRN Medical Support, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Alliance Program, Analytical Framework, Foreign Military Sales International Program Analyst Support, JETT Maintenance Support, and JPM Communications Support. The contract has a twelve-month base year and four twelve-month option years, extending from March 2026 to March 2031. Work will be performed both on-site and off-site, with varying security clearance requirements up to TOP SECRET/SCI, and mandatory training in areas such as AT Level I Awareness, iWATCH, CUI, IA/IT, and Threat Awareness Reporting. Travel within CONUS and OCONUS is anticipated for several tasks. The government retains unlimited rights to all produced documents and materials.
