Arcane Thunder 27 (AT27)

The U.S. Army, through W6QK ACC-APG under the Department of Defense, is seeking information for Arcane Thunder 27 (AT27), a sources sought effort focused on innovative technologies and capabilities for military operations. The effort seeks concepts, prototypes, and emerging technologies that support domain superiority and decision dominance by integrating kinetic and non-kinetic effects across all domains. Interested parties are asked to propose solutions in areas such as AI-augmented command and control, cyber-EW-information convergence, multi-domain sensing and targeting, resilient communications, autonomy and robotics, additive manufacturing, and operational integration and effects simulation, with an emphasis on resilient, adaptive, modular systems that can integrate with the Tactical Assault Kit ecosystem. Selected candidates may be invited to field-based demonstrations and validation events, including CONUS-based COMMEX and OCONUS demonstrations, with performance associated with Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Submissions in the form of Scout Cards and Quad Charts are due by May 22, 2026 through the Vulcan-SOF website, and the notice is for information gathering only rather than a solicitation for proposals or contracts.
