The U.S. Embassy in Bern, Switzerland is seeking qualified vendors to provide temporary residential furniture rental and welcome kit services for government-leased residences in Bern and surrounding areas. The selected contractor will deliver, install, maintain, and remove high-quality residential furniture, including new mattresses, as well as provide welcome kit packages for incoming U.S. Government personnel. To qualify, vendors must be licensed to operate in Switzerland, demonstrate experience in residential furniture rental and logistics, and show the capability to handle rapid, simultaneous orders in compliance with local safety and insurance regulations. Evaluation will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.
