Z--Replacement of Kettles 7A & 7B

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking proposals to replace concrete pond kettles 7A and 7B at the Inks Dam National Fish Hatchery in Burnet, Texas. The selected contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to demolish the existing historic kettle structures, construct new concrete replacement kettles and retaining walls, and install new drain and water supply lines, valves, and slide gates. This total small business set-aside will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process, with work scheduled to run from August 31, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically to Contract Specialist Joann Mallory at joann_mallory@fws.gov by the final extended deadline of July 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
