The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking Standard Form 330 (SF330) submissions for topographic and bathymetric LiDAR, surveying, and aerial imaging services at the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge near Roswell, New Mexico. The selected contractor will acquire high-resolution digital orthophotography, perform topographic and bathymetric LiDAR surveys over approximately 40 square miles, and conduct detailed field surveys of twenty water control structures. Technical requirements demand that the aerial LiDAR acquisition take place between November 2026 and February 2027, with key personnel holding active professional engineering or surveying licensure in the State of New Mexico.
