J--Sources Sought Notice for Preventive Maintenance on Agilent 1290 Liquid chromat

The U.S. Geological Survey, under the Department of the Interior and its Office of Acquisition and Grants-Denver, is conducting market research for potential maintenance support services for a 1290 Liquid Chromatography tandem mass spectrometer and a 1260 High Performance Liquid Chromatography instrument. The work would support preventive maintenance and repair to keep the equipment functioning and protect the integrity of collected data. Interested sources should have experience servicing LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems, be an authorized reseller, provide factory-recommended parts and software updates, and perform on-site troubleshooting and repair with a 2- to 3-day standard response time. This is a sources sought notice with no solicitation at this time; responses are due by 5:00 PM EST on April 16, 2026, and must be emailed to bwilson@usgs.gov.
