The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is seeking a contractor to provide professional environmental and engineering services for wastewater sampling, analysis, and reporting at the U.S. Coast Guard Yard in Curtis Bay, Maryland. The contractor will perform quarterly composite and grab sampling over three consecutive days at the Building 18 sewage pump station to maintain compliance with Anne Arundel County Wastewater Discharge Permit No. 120052. Key technical requirements include utilizing a Maryland-certified laboratory, conducting on-site pH and Lower Explosive Limit testing, maintaining qualified personnel for confined space entry, and holding a post-award conference within five business days of contract award.
