The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Utah ESFO in West Valley City, Utah, intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price contract to Real Time Research, LLC for support and maintenance of the proprietary UCRP-BORG fishery data collection system. The work covers a base year plus four option years for operational maintenance and improvements to a cloud-based platform that includes a centralized database, a mobile data collection application, and a secure web-based data management portal. The system is hosted in the FWS FedRAMP-compliant Microsoft Azure tenant, and RTR is identified as the only vendor able to provide the required maintenance because of its specialized development and ongoing support for the system.
